All products from Jammies are guaranteed to be BRAND NEW and are thoroughly inspected for damages before delivery.

NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy will be observed unless the products delivered were faulty items.

 

Please note that faulty items will only be accepted if the products had any factory damage upon delivery. All items returned as faulty/damaged will be thoroughly inspected first and any items that do not exhibit factory damage will not be replaced or refunded.
